The kettlebell training intensive has one purpose only.
To get you from 0 - 100 with kettlebells, enabling you to turbocharge your fitness training, accelerate your fat loss and reinvigorate your workouts.
This is a six session training programme which covers the kettlebell basics:
The swing
The clean
The snatch
The getup
All the exercises are taught in a progressive manner, building up in complexity and skill required, then we plan a routine tailored specifically for you and your goals to work with.
Part of this package also means you get a free set of kettlebells! For women, that's a 6kg, 8kg and 12kg. For men, you get a 12kg, 16kg and a 20kg.

Where is the training held? We work out of a gym in Central London. Very nice :)
How long are the sessions? Typically 45 - 50 minutes. We go through a comprehensive warm up and skill training routine, work on the basics, then get swinging!
