The risks of gardening

The BBC reports that the British College Of Osteopathic Medicine are warning about an epidemic of gardening related injuries

The image that springs to my mind is that of limbs torn off by possessed lawnmowers, havoc wreaked by bloody garden shear combat over the rhododendrons but that's just me.

No, this is something a lot tamer, we're talking about low back pain, strains and pulled muscles.
