Payment Security:
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties

Delivery:
We use a range of couriers but predominantly Parcelforce. Delivery is usually between 3 - 5 working days from ordering. All orders require a signature to receive. This timeframe is under typical circumstances and may, rarely, not be met - for example in extreme weather or the holiday season

Guarantee:
We guarantee that you will enjoy the use of your equipment and as such provide a one year, get you fit, guarantee. This is in addition to your standard rights under consumer law.
